Welcome to Spastic Sports!

I am by nature not much of a sports fan.  But it’s important to keep up to date as people relate to sports and it makes for great conversation.  You are left out of the conversation and that can actually hurt you in your career.

The title is for people who like me are spastic when it comes to knowing about sports.  So it’s a bit of a contradiction: you come to this site spastic and leave with knowledge.  Does that mean you should never come back?  Of course not.  The site gets updated frequently (almost daily) you’ll want to check back here.
